CRNApro.ai provides a platform connecting Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) with healthcare facilities and staffing agencies. The service includes job posting, candidate matching, credentialing management, contract management, and billing services.

3. User Accounts

Users must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.1 CRNA Accounts

• CRNAs may create accounts at no cost
• Must provide accurate professional credentials
• Responsible for keeping credentials current and valid

3.2 Facility and Agency Accounts

• Subject to job posting fees as outlined in pricing
• Must provide accurate business information
• Responsible for timely payment of invoices

4. Pricing and Payment

Facilities and agencies pay $399 per job posting. This fee includes all platform features including job board listing, messaging, negotiations, contracts, and billing. CRNAs use the platform at no cost.

5. Content Standards

All users agree to provide truthful, accurate information. Job postings must accurately represent the position, compensation, and requirements. Credentials must be valid and current.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using this service, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Post false or misleading information
• Attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid fees
• Harass or discriminate against other users
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of CRNApro.ai are owned by the platform and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

CRNApro.ai provides a platform for connecting parties but is not responsible for the actions of users, the quality of services provided, or the outcome of any employment relationship formed through the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
